DGTL announce complete program for Amsterdam Dance Event 2019

Amsterdam based festival organisation DGTL announce their most ambitious ADEschedule to date this week, with five unique events at the iconic NDSM Warehouse bringing together a selection of huge electronic acts.
Wednesday 16 October (19:00 – 00:00) kicks off the DGTL LIVE schedule with an evening of live techno and beyond. Richie Hawtin’s hugely engrossing CLOSE show has graced venues including the Sydney Opera House and offers an intimate portrait of this master of machinery. German duo Modeselektor present their riveting new theater-minded audio-visual live show and their eclectic mish-mash of genres, with support from Scottish hyper-pop specialist SOPHIE.

On Thursday evening (19.00 – 21.45) DGTL present its new DGTL LIVE concept with a performance of the Australian indie trio Rüfüs Du Sol bringing their emotional melodic sound to the cavernous venue with support from newcomer, Willaris. K. Then later that evening (22-00 – 07:00) it’s a techno and electro takeover, with Marcel Dettmann playing a unique and rare back-to-back set with a special guest who will be announced soon, plus Detroit master Jeff Mills, the hugely acclaimed Helena Hauff and DJ Nobu, Jane Fitz, Identified Patient and Deniro.

Things get more diverse for the weekend with a mixture of live acts and DJs on each night.Friday (22:00 – 07:00) will feature stunning live shows from the legendary Orbital and Floating Points, and with DJ sets from Âme, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Mr. Scruff,Job Jobse, Antal, Paula Tape and Kamma.

After the huge successful and sold out show last year, Bonobo presents his OUTLIERconcept for the second year running on the Saturday (22.00 – 07.00). Bonobo will play a DJ set alongside David August’s live show and a beautiful array of selectors: Jon Hopkins, The Black Madonna, HAAi, Bradley Zero, Ki/Ki and Catching Flies.

Individual tickets are available for each show and ticket sale start June 12. Take your pick and be a part of one of the biggest series of events at ADE 2019, with mesmerising production and DGTL’s commitment to sustainability throughout.
