Russian bassline producer Digital Koala teams up with Miss Baas on fresh new single ‘Rise’n’Shine’, out 1st September on DJ EZ’s Nuvolve label.
Framed around wobbly bass and fluttering synths, ‘Rise’n’Shine’ is an uptempo banger from Digital Koala featuring the vocal melodic earworms of Miss Baas. This is masterfully crafted bassline music, guaranteed to light up any rave.
Digital Koala is one of the strongest producers in the Russian bassline genre, which has performed well on the world stage. He has been practicing music since 2004, for more than half of his life, and during all this time, he’s gained a wealth of knowledge to help him achieve the highest quality of music. Winner of various competitions including Night Bass (USA), The Boat House (UK), Yosh (UK), and Alfa Future People (RU) as well as being crowned best bass producer by the British Basshive Awards 2022, Digital Koala has gained popularity thanks to his unique vision of classic UK-sounding modern genres and his work with big names including NuBass, Dread MC and MKJAY. A separate branch in the career of Digital Koala also saw the creation of promo and label project Sight By Sight, known worldwide for its enchanting raves in Bassline and Drum & Bass style.
If you are looking for a sick and mad party bass-music with voice and soul, look no further. Miss Baas puts together vocal melodic ear-worms, mind-twisting ragga toasts, uplifting build-ups and insane drops that keep her crowds up all night. In her DJ sets, she blends the hottest fresh tracks and her own exclusive production, while topping it up with her unforgettable deep live vocals. From the very first tracks, Miss Baas was noticed on the world bass scene: her growing list of collaborators includes such internationally acknowledged acts as Gappy Ranks, GodWonder, Digital Koala, Makla, J69 and more. In addition to working with other producers, Miss Baas is also the producer for her own tracks.
‘Rise’n’Shine’ is the latest forward-thinking release from DJ EZ‘s Nuvolve label. Flying the flag for the constant evolution of the Garage genre, Nuvolve shines a light on future sounds and emerging artists whilst never forgetting its roots. A roster where legends like Todd Edwards and Sweet Female Attitude rub shoulders with white-hot risers like MPH and WZA, pays testament to the label’s unique position of showcasing the brightest and best artists of the future alongside those of the past.
Displaying the many mercurial talents of Digital Koala and Miss Baas, ‘Rise’n’Shine’ is another certified banger from Nuvolve.
