DOBREL x SPIKY join forces & drop ‘Nightmares’

Signalling a collaboration between Irish artist DOBREL x SPIKY – who hails from the US, they join forces & drop their new cut ‘Nightmares’.

With DOBREL coming off the back of previous output including ‘In Your Eyes’, which was signed to the revered Gameroom / Black Hole Recordings – along with ‘Say Hello’ & ‘Game Over’, he’s been making constant waves in the global techno scene & is known for his relentless energy on the dancefloor. Whilst multi-platinum award winning song writer & recording artist, SPIKY also continues her consistent run of releases – including the recent ‘Side Bets’ – along with ‘Hot N Cold’ (in collaboration with Luca Testa).

Fast forward to the present, DOBREL x SPIKY now drop ‘Nightmares’ with the record having a nod to the much loved ‘Sweet Dreams’ classic. Loaded with both of their signature, dancefloor focused sound – lyrics include the infectious: “Nightmares I don’t want, Nightmares I don’t need, sweet boy I’m on the run & I’m running everything – running wild running free, it’s a problem containing me”.

With DOBREL x SPIKY setting the tone for the rest of the year ahead, they deliver a future sure-fire player & from the opening kick drum – ‘Nightmares’ propels itself along like a bullet from a gun & has all the hallmarks of a future sure-fire player.

Stay tuned.
