Dombresky Releases Soulful, Uplifting Piano House Anthem “Bless Me” With Swedish Producer Discrete on Insomniac Records

Los Angeles-based, French-born house don Dombresky connects with Swedish producer and songwriter Discrete for a summer-ready single on Insomniac Records. “Bless Me” blends their shared love for soulful house music to create an irresistible dancefloor anthem.

The highly-anticipated single made its debut at EDC Las Vegas during Dombresky’s set at kineticFIELD (mainstage). Addictive and uplifting, “Bless Me” is a divine delight that will have listeners drifting amongst the clouds. The feel-good choir vocals are captivating and catchy, creating an instant familiarity that invites you to singalong. Circular piano chords are elevated by shuffling drum arrangements, staccato synths, and swelling strings, summing up to a heavenly sound. A jazzy piano solo in the break strips the track back while adding to the sun-kissed aesthetic. “Bless Me” is a love letter to soulful house classics that remains delightfully fresh. The release is sonic serotonin assured to move you in more ways than one.

Discrete reflects on the massive collaboration, saying, “Working with Dombresky on this record was inspiring. We both share a love for soulful house music, and to see it come to life through our joint efforts has been truly satisfying. I’m thrilled to see it make its debut on Insomniac Records.

Cutting his teeth in his homeland for nearly 20 years, the French phenom, otherwise known as Quentin Dombres, launched his Dombresky alias in 2015. He’s since become a regular fixture on the Insomniac Records catalog, after massive singles such as “Simple Hit,” “Futurmastic,” and his most recent R&B-infused “In My Room,” featuring venerated singer-songwriter SHELLS. Renowned for his powerful and fun-filled house cuts, the producer has upcoming performances at Day Trip LA, ARC Music Festival, Elrow (NYC) and more.

Swedish producer and songwriter Discrete has carved out his own lane by blurring genres with a deep appreciation for soulful sounds. He recently surpassed 200 million total streams on Spotify, and was nominated for the P3 Guld Awards (Swedish National Radio). He’s hot off an appearance with Dombresky on Insomniac Records’ stereoBLOOM stage at EDC Las Vegas this past May. His music has been featured in over 200+ radio shows including support from Martin Garrix, the Chainsmokers, Fedde Le Grand, R3HAB, Nora En Pure, EDX, Mike Williams, Nicky Romero, and more.

Gleaning from the gospel house generation, “Bless Me” takes its title to heart and finds Dombresky and Discrete teaming up on a blissed-out groove guaranteed to spread joy and gratitude on any dancefloor it touches.
