Lucid - Dreaming – Dopla Remix

Singer-songwriter and producer, emzae, today releases an eclectic four-track remix package for single, ‘Lucid Dreaming’.

Sharing her self-produced music since 2014, emzae has since amassed support from the likes of BBC Introducing, who, after catching wind of her unique sound, invited her to play at various events including ‘Faction’ at Rough Trade, Nottingham, and Dot to Dot Festival 2018. Her thoughtful brand of melancholic pop combines personal and observational lyrics, experimental lo-fi beats and emotive vocals, to create immersive tracks that demand the attention of listeners.

‘Lucid Dreaming’, released in May this year, is no exception. A chilled-out, trip-hop inspired maturation of her sound, the track has lent itself to a variety of remixes from some of the most exciting producers currently on the circuit. Featuring appearances from Radio 1 backed producer Dopla, one of BBC Introducing’s most played artists in 2017, Future Sound of Nottingham finalist Rezzonator, Complex Records founder and DnB producer Marcus Tee, and BBC Introducing supported electronic artist Tokyo 54, the four track remix EP is available to stream and download now.
