Hot on the heels of her Grammy nomination for "Hold On (Fatum Remix)", celebrated songstress JES takes a break from her busy songwriting schedule to deliver a cover version of the seminal 70’s Gary Wright cut "Dreamweaver" with longstanding downtempo collaborator Hampton Chills.

Proving equally at home on the terrace or the yoga studio, "Dreamweaver" is a much needed slice of relaxation in a dizzying world. Take a moment out of your day to live the dream with JES.
Born and bred in New York, JES started singing and writing songs from a very early age. Her first professional recordings were made at the tender age of 14 after answering an ad in “The Village Voice”. JES tirelessly developed her craft through the years that followed working with New York’s elite producers. Her reputation as an undiscovered talent grew quickly but her first breakthrough wouldn’t come until after she relocated from New York to California.
Befriending and working with DJ’s and producers from the developing electronic music scene JES found a new channel for her songwriting and performing. Her first song in the electronic genre won the support of Paul Van Dyk and was included it on his renowned “Politics Of Dancing” mix compilation. This opened the door to a flood of collaboration requests from within the dance community. Shortly after her first release JES wrote and recorded “As The Rush Comes” with underground bay area DJ’s Gabriel & Dresden (forming the band Motorcycle). The song helped to redefine the landscape of modern dance music reaching #1 on billboard’s Hot Dance Airplay chart where it would also become the first year-end number one dance airplay track that same year spending 45 weeks on the chart. It also became a trans-Atlantic hit, peaking at number eleven in the United Kingdom and the top 10 of several other European countries. JES’ soulful voice and edgy autobiographical writing was a refreshing departure for the electronic music world and proved the key ingredient in the song’s genre blurring sound. After meeting Tiesto backstage during a tour of the United Kingdom the world #1 DJ personally signed JES to his label Magik Muzik.
Four solo artist albums followed and JES collaborated as a singer and songwriter with a who’s who of the worlds most prominent DJ’s including Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, Above & Beyond, ATB, Kaskade, BT, Richard Durand, Cosmic Gate, and Roger Shah. JES has collected awards from the prestigious International Dance Music Awards at Miami’s WMC, The International Songwriting Competition (‘08’ 09 and ‘10) and topped Billboard’s “Most Played Dance Songs of the Decade” chart (2000-2010). Her tours have touched the shores of 6 continents with landmark shows at international events such as the Beijing Olympics and she has received two Grammy nominations. JES’ weekly radio show and mix compilation franchise “Unleash The Beat” has grown to reach over 80 stations worldwide in just 2 short years and resulted in over 5 album releases. Her unmistakable voice and touching songs have earned her an ever-growing legion of devoted fans worldwide.
