Dry & Bolinger – Tell Her

German back-to-back tandem Dry & Bolinger are producing tracks at an industrious rate and are back with yet another powerful single. Out now, ‘Tell Her’ is their latest nostalgic slice of classic meets future piano House production, which is being offered in a two-track package together with a remix from Hamburg based, Organic-Techno duo Pietmont. Dry & Bolinger are quickly establishing themselves as the next big thing in House music, having their projects already signed to elite labels such as: Mother Recordings, Kittball Records, King Street Sounds, Tiger Records and Emma Music amongst others.

Ambassadors of their own brand of Nu-Disco and Indie Dance infused House music, Dry & Bolinger have managed to achieve considerable success within the few years they have been operating. Having reached Beatport’s ‘Top 10’ with their first ever release ‘Say What’, they’ve put themselves on the right track to reach the top and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Their releases have gained the support of elite DJs worldwide, including the likes of: Pete Tong, Bob Sinclar, Purple Disco Machine, Mihai Popoviciu, Copyright, Sam Divine and Alle Farben amongst numerous others. Their newest creation ‘Tell Her’ is definitely on track to continue Dry & Bolinger’s ascension and take their success to the next level.

Hitting with a traditional House drum beat, ‘Tell Her’ introduces vocal snippets to enhance the mesmerising groove established in the beginning. A dreamy break-down is led by angelic synths and stripped-down drum beats whilst then taking a turn into the deeper frequencies, adding thumping kicks and exploring the low range of an acoustic piano arrangement. Subtle effects are added into the mix to embellish the sonic colour of the single, whilst spicing up the main themes. Dry & Bolinger intensify the vocals, morphing them into smooth, funk-inspired melodic lines, displaying their remarkable melody writing skills. The impressive control over dynamic, achieved with smart song sectioning and groove processing is something worth mentioning as well, since it gives a unique atmosphere to the production. ‘Tell Her’ is certainly displaying Dry & Bolinger’s eclectic nature, able to provide energetic bursts and delicate melodies that are sure to please club crowds around the world.

‘Tell Her’’ is Dry & Bolinger’s debut on German label, Milk & Sugar Recordings. Established in 1997 by Mike “Milk” Kronenberger and Steven “Sugar” Harding, the Munich based imprint has been on the rise ever since. Building on the excellent reputation of DJ and production duo Milk & Sugar, known primarily for their international hit ‘Hey (Nah Neh Nah)’, which reached the Top 10, in ten countries; Milk & Sugar Recordings have progressively built a reputable worldwide roster.

Dry & Bolinger’s ‘Tell Her’ will now be joining a line of flourishing singles under the Milk & Sugar Recordings imprint, which has become renowned with the works of artists such as: Yves Murasca, Ron Carroll, Peter Brown, Lissat & Voltaxx, Markus Macher, Sean Finn, Casanovy, K. & Saly, Ben Delay, Ben Pearce, My Digital Enemy, Housemates, Redman, Oriano and Saccao to name a few. Such top-notch releases are the proof of why Dry & Bolinger have now become one of the hottest acts in the current electronic music scene.
