Echonomist and Jenia Tarsol Announce New Record Label “Flying Hearts”

The imprint’s inaugural release sees the two label founders join forces with UK band Throws to reimagine their 2016 album single “The Harbour”

Echonomist and Jenia Tarsol launch their new label ‘Flying Hearts’ as a space for creative freedom, emotional storytelling and genre-blending sound. With a deep respect for musical heritage and a passion for pushing things forward, the label offers a platform for timeless ideas shaped through a modern lens.

The first release is a collaboration between the two founders and the UK band Throws titled “The Harbour” – an evolution of a track from Throws’ self-titled 2016 debut album that they’ve long cherished and a natural continuation of Echonomist and Tarsol’s previous work together on “The Happiest of All Memorial Days.” It sets the tone for what the label stands for: music that carries feeling, memory and intention.

Each release will be accompanied by a portrait of the artist – capturing not just the sound, but the human connection behind it. For this first chapter, the visual is a photograph of Jenia and Echonomist the moment they first met: a spontaneous hug, caught by a photographer at exactly the right time.
