Eddy D’Amato Channels His Techno Vision on New EP ‘Not Fair’

Eddy D’Amato brings his latest release to the Electronic Music scene; presenting a two-track EP titled ‘Not Fair’ via Mavic Music, the Producer and DJ unveils the hard-hitting sounds that have come to define his approach, giving way to yet more music that showcases his creative voice and direction moving forward.

Hailing from Italy, Eddy D’Amato comes to his work fuelled by a deep commitment and passion for the scene; leaning on a background immersed in musical education, live experiences, and artistic explorations, he continues to shape an identity that reflects his journey so far. Blending the grit, energy, and precision of Techno with his own musicality, his music is built with intention – and this latest collection only further reinforces his focus on creating tracks that can translate across listening environments, poised for the dancefloor and playlists alike.

With momentum-led beats, intricately built rhythms, and textured synths, both tracks on the EP display the vision behind Eddy D’Amato’s signature sound: revealing high-octane soundscapes where tension and release are managed in a considered and skilled way, the ‘Not Fair’ EP is cohesive in overall energy yet refreshing in its evolving sonic layers.

Through the title track, a pulsating bassline acts as the driving force as an expressive female vocal adds a contrasting dynamic to the track, weaving amongst industrial leads and staggering motifs. Creating a conversational-like interplay between each element, the arrangement balances processed vocal lines with punchy beats and robust synth hits – developing a journey that unfolds with clarity and intensity, holding tension while evolving with control and a clear sense of direction.

Then, Eddy D’Amato keeps the raw, dark sound of the EP going with ‘Don’t Go;’ as syncopated low-end elements carry the track forward, combining with haunting vocals, expansive synths, atmospheric drones, skittering details, and tight melodies, the soundscape maintains its drive and flow, moving through its breakdowns and drops with ease.

As his sound matures and his catalogue deepens, this latest release serves as a compelling statement of Eddy D’Amato’s signature style; revealing layers of high-powered Techno energy, it is an EP that bridges originality with the core essence of his musical roots and evolving journey, further strengthening his place as an Artist to watch closely within Electronic Music.
