EDX Announces Huge USA Tour and New Single ‘Vommuli’

Hot off the back of two massive singles (Take Me Home (ft. Jess Ball) and Ecletric) and three mini tours of North America already in 2021, prolific producer, Sirup Music label boss and Switzerland’s most streamed artist ever, EDX, now returns to his self-confessed ‘second home’ with the announcement of his biggest headline tour of the USA so far this year.

Announcing twelve huge shows throughout the months of August and September – and with more to be added in the coming days – EDX’s USA Summer Tour will see the formidable Swiss-Italian hit maker stop off at some of the biggest nightclubs and festivals across the country, as he looks to deliver his own unique brand of sexy, sun-drenched house music to a vast swathe of fans that have been craving the long-awaited return of live electronic music and packed, thumping dancefloors.

Kicking off in true EDX style, the first stop of the tour sees Maurizio land in the Big Apple for his annual No Xcuses NYC Boat Cruise. One of the most eagerly anticipated events of the New York summer music calendar – and even more so following the unavoidable postponement of the 2020 event – the stunning night time cruise sees EDX joined by long-time friend and extra special guest Kiko Franco. The mastermind behind one of the biggest remixes of the year (Shouse – Love Tonight) Kiko will be warming up proceedings on the Hudson River, before EDX takes over the decks for what will no doubt be a night to remember.

Following the No Xcuses NYC Boat Cruise, EDX will embark on a whistle stop tour of some of his favourite American haunts, new and old, including WTR Pool (Tampa), Marquee (Las Vegas), Hard Rock Ballroom (San Diego), Soundcheck (Washington), Lavo (NYC), It’ll Do (Dallas), Das Energi (Salt Lake City), Summit (Austin) and Day To Night Festival (San Francisco) before concluding the tour with a huge performance at Goldrush Festival in Phoenix, Arizona.

On the music front, EDX also announces today that he will be releasing a brand new club single to coincide with the imminent tour. Titled Vommuli and set to be road-tested heavily over the coming weeks, the record is the first club-oriented single to be released since the unveiling of Ecletric back in April, and will drop on EDX’s PinkStar imprint on Friday, August 20.

See tour poster for full list of confirmed shows (to date) and stay tuned to EDX’s socials below for further music updates and more show announcements.
