Ejeca – Mellow Sun

Moda Black : ‘Moda Black delivers ‘Mellow Sun’ courtesy of Ejeca and Citizen. Ejeca’s original version of ‘Mellow Suns’ is a laid-back piece of warm, lilting house music that will have you dreaming of hazy Balearic afternoons and sun-soaked road trips. Citizen, however, completely flips the track, storming straight into late night territory and creating a hypnotic slab of 4am techno.

This EP follows another huge year in 2014 for Jaymo & Andy George’s Moda Black imprint, following the release of Moda Black Vol 3, several ‘Essential New Tune’s’, parties throughout Europe and the collective successes of label acts such as Walker & Royce, Theo Kottis, Hauswerks and J&AG themselves.

2015 will see Moda Black kick things up a gear yet again, with Groove Armada delivering the second Little Black Book and the launch of Lost Village (a music festival taking place in an abandoned woodland village, somewhere in the Lincolnshire countryside).’’
