El Train is adding groove to your day with new album And Then We Woke Up

When El Train isn’t mixing, you can find him hibernating, too busy producing in his studio. Out of his last creative strike came his new album And Then We Woke Up, “meant to encapsulate the feeling of returning to some sort of normality” after the lockdown.
Mostly made remotely, the project features an impressive line-up of collaborators, all lovingly picked by the Brighton-born producer who made it a point to only work with up and coming artists and musicians that he admires. The voices of Kallitechnis, Kaisha, Jaz Lund, Fliss, Victoria Port, NDO or Byulah can all be heard on And Then We Woke Up, with some tracks easing you into the day and others energizing you for the night.
He didn’t forget to include a few instrumentals into the mix, sometimes inviting fellow producers to join in the fun such as Paal Singh or J-Felix. One constant remains throughout: El Train always manages to beautifully capture emotions in his tastefully crafted soundscapes blending together electronic, hip hop and rnb.

Listen to And Then We Woke Up now on your favorite streaming platform or pre-order your vinyl on Bandcamp.
