This June, music lovers from across the Globe will come together for the 25th edition of Sonar Festival held in beautiful Barcelona. A huge part of this festival revolves around the Off Week parties and label showcases, offering an array of events for music enthusiasts to choose from throughout the weekend.
On June 15th, Ellen Allien presents her WE ARE NOT ALONE series for Off Week, at Barcelona's astonishing City Hall, where techno lovers will immerse themselves in a truly unique space. Located where the Barcelona Theatre was once situated at the start of the XIX century, City Hall has been restored to create a modern and sophisticated environment, without losing the beauty of its original construction. Not to mention, the venue also boasts a “MARTIN AUDIO” sound system, to ensure an auditory experience that's just as impressive as the visual.
Ellen Allien has called upon a diverse showcase of musical globetrotters to curate the evening's soundtrack. Featuring Brooklyn-based artist Aurora Halal, Italy's acid-laced techno duo Boston 168 (live), BPitch artist Silvie Loto and of course, Ellen Allien herself, WE ARE NOT ALONE invites the curious minds to step onto the dance floor.
