This Easter long weekend, BPitch Control engineer Ellen Allien brings her trademark 'WE ARE NOT ALONE' series home to Berlin. On Sunday, April 1, Ellen Allien will descend upon Griessmuehle with a faculty of techno scholars, delivering 24 hours of non-stop music. Spread across 3 rooms; Hall, Wintergarten and Silo, there will be no shortage of sound and space to explore.
The Hall will host Ellen Allien on decks, alongside alternative electronic actApparat, Paris' renowned Shlømo, the wonderfully hypnotic Blind Observatory, Detroit's multi-media artist DJ T-1000 aka Alan Oldham and the incredibly eclectic Phon.o.
Head over to the Wintergarten to catch performances by the flamboyant Venezuelan artist Aérea Negrot, Chicago's forward-thinking house music purveyor Alinka and BPitch's longstanding resident Kiki.
Moving into the Silo, attendees will be greeted by the sounds of Berlin-based act Jacopo, groove-curator Maxime Iko and Brooklyn's uncompromising dance floor don P.Leone. This long weekend allow your ears and mind to wander, as we are reminded: WE ARE NOT ALONE.
