Emanuel Satie Releases Official Remix of Yulia Niko & Yotam Avni ‘Higher’

Out now, the remix follows the release of Yulia Niko’s critically acclaimed debut album TWINSOUL, which was released on Armada Music back in March.

Just two months on from the release of her stunning ten-track debut album TWINSOUL on esteemed Dutch record label Armada Music, internationally celebrated producer and DJ, Yulia Niko, now returns to one of the standout singles from her critically acclaimed long player, as she enlists seasoned, Berlin-based producer and good friend Emanuel Satie to provide his own unique take on ‘Higher’.

Out now via Armada Records, Emanuel’s remix sees the Scenarios mainstay impart a unique energy into Yulia Niko and Yotam Avni’s pulsating original, as he unravels a web of euphoric piano chords, glitchy synths and rolling basslines beneath Yulia’s ethereal topline, to create a trippy melodic techno cut that’s already been doing some serious damage across international dancefloors over the past few months.

A highly sought-after ID in both Yuila and Emanuel’s international DJ sets this year – which is finally now seeing the light of day – Satie’s ability to engage the listener with his forward-thinking sound palette is second-to-none, and has seen him release on some of the industry’s most revered labels, including Innervisions, Diynamic, Cocoon, Crosstown Rebels, and Scenarios, to name a few.
