Everything Everything headline final Nokia Lumia Live Session in London’s only surviving Lighthouse

Last night Everything Everything delivered a breathtaking set at London’s only surviving lighthouse, The Chainstore at Trinity Buoy Wharf. The gig was the seventh and final event in Nokia’s Lumia Live Sessions series.

Three Hundred lucky competition winners along with industry personalities, media and celebrities attended the intimate session where Everything Everything performed their first gig of their highly anticipated UK tour.

Celebrities in attendance included Daisy Lowe, Lilah Parsons and new beau Billy Magnussen, Laura Whitmore, Lianne La Havas, Lianne La Havas and Kaya Scodelario.

The Lumia Live Sessions is a tour that sees Nokia and music pioneers La Blogotheque, a team of bloggers and videographers famous for helping to kick-start the careers of scores of musicians globally, team up to showcase hot new UK music talent at a series of free gigs in unusual settings across the UK.

So far, the Lumia Live Sessions have seen soul sensation Lianne La Havas, emotionally somber Ghostpoet, folk-rock duo Slow Club, band of the moment Kodaline and folk trio The Staves perform across the UK in unusual locations. These have included The Arnos Vale Cemetery in Bristol, an MMA fighting cage in Leeds, Rampworx Skate Park in Liverpool, The Panopticon in Glasgow, The Old Tannery in Dublin and Truro Beach in Cornwall.

Annie Kearney, Partner Manager Nokia UK said: “The Lumia Live Sessions have been sensational. Every gig has been the talk of the town and provided some amazing surprises.  We have discovered incredible artists in some spectacular venues and really shown what Nokia Music is all about.

Thank you to everyone involved, it has been pretty unique and let’s watch out for the Lumia Live Sessions 2014’
