NYC's own Ricky Furniss (known to many as MopTop) has been hard at work in the studio with the band, Outros — who turn out an impressively fresh take on disco and house influences, infusing them with classic rock and modern day sensibilities towards tearing down genre walls.
Their first track "Face The Evil" drops today. Taking the form of a live cover of ELO's"Evil Woman," and Daft Punk ft. Todd Edwards' "Face To Face," The Outros also inject their own improvisation and ideas, building the two tracks into a unique and singular experience.
"Face The Evil" is available for streaming now via Outros' soundcloud and there's plenty more on the way from them and MopTop this Summer — stay tuned!
