FARR FESTIVAL 2014 Bring More Acts

FARR lives up to its name and goes that bit further in bringing the magic and music to Hertfordhsire, as they invite even more names into woodland.

Those attending will bear witness to the consitent, striking and beautiful sounds of Âme who will be playing LIVE amongst the trees and under the stars. Âme are German duo Kristian Beyer & Frank Wiedemann. Inspired by the music of Stevie Wonder, WestEnd Rec, Transmat, Weather Report and Herbie Hancock they have now become world dominating sounds whilst staying true to the underground.

Channel One (Soundsystem), one of the world’s best known dub reggae sound systems run by legendary selector Mikey Dread, and featuring MC Ras Kayleb will be coming down to give us all education and some daytime dub delights.

South London royalty Horse Meat Disco will be coming down to dish up some disco dirt along with Luke Solomon co-founder (alongside Derrick Carter) of Classic Records. Plus Dalston’s diamond Dan Beaumont returns for his third year.

Rising star Eagles For Hands will be bringing his colourful productions and musicality,  mesmerising textures and rhythmical synth hooks to enchant.

Tudor Lion also returns to Farr’s fields as well as Dub Conductors, Horus Records and Dagger Soundsystem to ensure the music doesn’t stop.

Stages, daytime activities and details of boutique camping and culinary delights all still to come. Hold on, summer’s coming.
