Fiesta x FOLD Festival announces incredible food offering for 2018

Designed by Masterchef Winner Gary Maclean and A'challtainn's Garry Gill, music fans will be eating a carefully curated menu set to tantalise the tastebuds.
 
Award winning Glasgow seafood restaurant A’challtainn will offer a completely unique dining experience with a pop up restaurant on site. The food here, cooked by the chefs, will represent the food that is on offer at the restaurant: finest, freshest seafood. Music and food is a perfect combination of pleasures and what better way to set off the weekend with a visit to the on-site restaurant.
 
With festival organisers also running A’challtainn restaurant and responsible for the hugely successful Fish Plaice pop up and Tontine Lane during the Commonwealth Games, the food offering is just as important as the musical line-up. Music & food lovers can look forward to a mouth-watering menu full of some of the finest Scottish produce.
 
And if that is not enough to whet your appetite there will a number of carefully selected artisan producers hand-picked by their award winning chefs. Catering for all tastes, there will be food on offer for all the family including vegan, BBQ and vegetarian. In addition to the incredible food on offer, festival goers will be able to quench their thirst at one of the dedicated cocktail bars on site.

We have been working closely alongside Gary Maclean and Gary Gill to curate a menu that showcases the wealth of top culinary offerings that Scotland has to offer. Fiesta x FOLD combines both our passions for music and food and we wanted to create something truly special for festival goers.”

Fiesta x FOLD takes place in Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Park on 30th June and 1st July 2018.
 
Earth, Wind & Fire & The Pointer Sisters will be headlining on the Saturday also joined by De La Soul, Roy Ayers and Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club
Nile Rodgers & CHIC will be performing on both days.

Emeli Sandé will be headlining on the Sunday also joined by Goldfrapp, Laura Mvula, Morcheeba and Ana Matronic.
