French rising house artist Thaylo drops his new single ‘Let Me Be’ via PLAYY. Records

Emerging producer Thaylo has made a triumphant return on May 9th, 2025 with another hit ‘Let Me Be’ on PLAYY. Records. The soothing, melodic house single premiered on influential tastemaker When We Dip. With over 4.5 million streams across platforms and spots on prestigious labels such as Purified, Colorize, and Kontor, Thaylo has firmly established himself as a rising star in the electronic music world. His unique, piano-driven productions, known for their infectious rhythms and emotive melodies, have resonated with audiences across the globe, and earned support from industry titans like Martin Garrix, Nora En Pure, and Solomun. He has earned recognition in the Top 100 Progressive House Releases on Beatport and secured a spot in the Top 100 Deezer (Indonesia). His tracks have also been featured on several high-profile Spotify Editorial Playlists, including Chill Tracks, Melancholia, Afterhours, Open Air, Electronic Rising, and Summer House 2025.

Hailing from and based in Grenoble, France, Thaylo knew he was destined to be a DJ and producer the moment he first watched the Tomorrowland aftermovies. From that point on, he dedicated himself to creating his own music, driven by the dream of one day hearing his tracks played on such iconic stages—or better yet, performing them himself. Renowned for his live performances showcasing his captivating melodies, infectious rhythms, and eclectic sonic palette, Thaylo effortlessly bridges deep and contrasting emotions with his unique, piano-driven productions. Influenced by a vast array of artists including M83, Ludovico Einaudi and Solomun, Thaylo crafts a sound that traverses the boundaries between melodic, progressive, and deep house, sure to be enjoyed by fans of the above as well as those of Ben Böhmer, Monolink, and Jan Blomqvist.

Produced, mixed, and mastered by Thaylo himself, ‘Let Me Be’ is a beautifully spacious track with a mellow, rolling bassline, atmospheric textures, and gentle yet driving rhythms. The song is intricately layered, subtly undulating and rising as it carries the haunting vocal hook “Just let me be”. The song is meditative, introspective and freeing – a testament to both Thaylo’s artistic talent and his prowess as a producer.

Thaylo’s Upcoming Shows:

14th June: Button Factory, Dublin (with RIVO)

21st June: R63 Rooftop, Brussels

31st October: The Grand Social, Dublin
