Taken from Wildchild – Renegade Master, one of the tracks that defines the house scene of the nineties, the instantly recognizable sample is given a fresh spin on The Renegade, opening with a bouncing 4/4 beat and driven forward by a trademark monstrous Friend Within bassline.
Already hammered by BBC Radio 1 and originally released on the infamous Ministry of Sound imprint, it now sees a full release in The Netherlands on Dutch dance label Powerhouse Music, the dance division of the Talpa Media Group. The very definition of dance floor destroyer, The Renegade has clocked up almost 100.000 online hits way ahead of its official release.
