Funk The Format Festival returns for it’s second edition in 2017

Following their hugely successful debut festival, Funk The Format is back in 2017 with a new date – Saturday 17th June.

A very limited number of ‘Tier 1’ Super Early Bird Tickets are on sale now. These tickets offer adults a saving of 50% off the final ticket price – a bargain Christmas present for a lucky someone.

Funk The Format is an over-18s festival specialising in soul, hip hop, disco, funk, reggae, jungle, jazz and related sounds. The sister festival to Funk The Family (approaching its fourth year), Funk The Format 2016 launched in Hove Park to over 4,000 music lovers. Team FTF are known and loved for creating a beautiful atmosphere through carefully selecting exceptional live music, DJs, fantastic entertainment, activities, walkabout acts, delicious locally-sourced food.

Founded by former music journalist and Brighton radio presenter Lucy ‘Elle J’ Small, the festival’s focus is on good vibes, good music and good fun; all set in gorgeous Hove Park- a stones throw from Hove mainline station and nestled in the vibrant city of Brighton & Hove.

2016 saw the likes of Soul II Soul, Norman Jay MBE and Rodney P perform alongside fresh talent from Brighton & Hove and beyond. 2017’s line-up will be released in the new year.
