2016 has been a huge year for FUSE – not just for the party that turned 8 and held a residency at Amnesia Ibiza, but for the two record labels, as well as the rise of the artists and residents that make FUSE so unique. Seeing in the New Year with a traditional daytime NYD rave up on home turf Village Underground from 1pm, FUSE will be returning to warehouse venue Mangle (formerly The Laundry) for round 2, to repeat the killer all night long rave they had there last year.
FUSE co-founder Enzo Siragusa will be presiding over both Part 1 and Part 2. Enzo has had a fantastic year playing almost all of the FUSE events around the globe and in London, while continuing his meteoric rise to become one of the underground’s most in-demand DJs. He’s also the latest to represent on the label with the mighty ‘Hard Steppers EP’ out on FUSE LONDON this November. Joining Enzo will be two international acts, and two up-and-coming acts and friends of FUSE, who featured on both FUSE imprints over the summer.
Maayan Nidam is a Berlin based artist who continues to evolve and challenge boundaries both in the studio and on stage. 2016 has been another impressive year for Maayan, regularly playing at Berlin's Club der Visionaire, and releasing on Zip's Perlon label in September.
Also joining is French wunderkind Djebali. Djebali is part of a new generation of Parisian DJs, following in the footsteps of Apollonia, Seuil and D’Julz. Making an impact on the European house scene for a few years now, this NYD, Djebali joins FUSE as part of a worldwide Tour celebrating the release of his forthcoming album '5'.
Completing the line-up are two acts that have featured on both FUSE and INFUSE this summer. First up is Fabe, who will make his Village Underground debut after joining the crew at Studio 338 in August and in Berlin on the Fuse8 Tour. The German producer is responsible for one of the tunes of 2016, and is well on his way to fame after his 'Kim on Gin' release on INFUSE was heavily supported by the FUSE fam. The tune also caught the attention of Ricardo Villalobos, who regularly played it at Cocoon Ibiza this summer.
Last but not least is London duo OdD. OdD massively impressed at their FUSE London LIVE debut in August, and they make a welcome return this NYD. Listen to the latest FUSE London Podcast by OdD below: soundcloud.com/fuselondon/fuse-podcast-22-odd
