He counts support from the likes of Fedde Le Grand, Blasterjaxx, Bingo Players, Morgan Page, Afrojack, Don Diablo and The Chainsmokers, and has graced the pages of CULTR, Your EDM, Earmilk and We Rave You. Now LA-based DJ and producer Marc Antonix continues his move towards national recognition with latest single ‘Echoes’.
Featuring his unique blend of cinematic ideals, rhythmic tones, and bold basslines, ‘Echoes’ is Antonix’s favourite track to date, coming hot on the heels of previous singles ‘Let You Go’, ‘Glory Nights’, ‘All A Dream’ and ‘All For You’. “It starts with these epic ambient vibes,” the creator said, “then the bassline hits and it just goes off! The nostalgic melodies add so much emotion. I’m super proud of this one.”
With its retro-electro stylings and big bass breakdowns, ‘Echoes’ should make its way easily onto USB sticks at festival grounds the world over, not just across Antonix’s home in the US. With enough intricate layers to give it depth and proportions, but with a definite dance floor sensibility automatically built in, it’s a bonafied club bomb and one that should establish Antonix as a genuine contender for a set at the big hitters’ table before long.
