A venue that needs no introduction: Praga Centrum has been an integral part of clubbing Culture in Warsaw since it opened its doors in 2019.
Ahead of curating an extended run of shows under the brand in 2024 – GIGEE is premiering her “GIGEE invites” series on Friday 01 March 2024.
The Warsaw born artist is on a mission to bring Electronic Music’s greatest talents to her hometown. Join her and her guests, and enjoy a wonderful blend of internationally renowned artists, and discover the emerging talents who need to be on your radar.
The first event pulls no punches. The legendary Berlin based DJ, producer, radio broadcaster, and label boss Anja Schneider will be co-headlining the event. Honoured by The Berlin Music Commission for her significant impact on the music scene, Anja is known for her diverse broadcasting experience and for pioneering electronic music broadcasting through her daily ‘Berlin Beats’ radio show.
Joining Anja as co-headliners are Gheist. The Berlin based duo are on a rapid global ascension. Their performances, characterised by a unique blend of melancholy and euphoria, have captivated worldwide audiences. They will be performing their incredible LIVE Hybrid set for their debut at Praga Centrum. Gheist’s signature live vocals and incredible visuals which have been a mainstay of this year’s global festival circuit are a match made in heaven for Praga Centrum.
Of course, it wouldn’t be right for GIGEE herself not to grace the decks on this momentous evening. Having released on Anja Schneider’s MOBILEE, and Joris Voorn’s Spectrum labels, amongst others – GIGEE’s unique blend of playful yet powerful melodic techno already has global recognition. She’s performed across the world, and her music has been an integral part of many DJ’s sets across the summer festival season and Ibiza residencies – from Joris Voorn to Solomun, GIGEE has immense pride in this recognition, and yet – she remains most excited to perform for you, her home crowd in December.
Carl Bee will also be joining the party. The inspiring Malta based DJ, producer and festival creator has released on renowned labels like Diynamic, Spectrum, and Intec – and he has instantly garnered support from industry giants such as Solomun and Carl Cox.
Mia Twin and EXCE complete the lineup. These local emerging talents will be adding their own unique flavours to the evening’s proceedings – and are a testament to the rich tapestry of talent that Warsaw has to offer.
