Lancashire’s Vibe Killers joins Rawthentic this July with his ‘Girls’ EP including two hard hitting house cuts and a remix from Andrea Oliva.
North West native Vibe Killers has a career that spans over 20 years with support from big names including Loco Dice, Richy Ahmed, Jamie Jones and Hot Since 82 as well as releases on the likes of Knee Deep In Sound, Hottrax, Elrow and many more. Following a release from Demuir, Vibe Killers now joins Carlo Lio and Nathan Barato’s Rawthentic imprint.
‘Girls’ opens the package with rugged drums, a pulsating sub and an amalgamation of vocal clips before choppy vox, crisp cymbals and high pitched synth stabs are delivered in ‘Moon Rocks’. Rounding off the package, Andrea Oliva reworks ‘Moon Rocks’ after his recent releases on the likes of Hot Creations, Cuttin Headz and Desolat. Here we see the Swiss DJ utilise a heavy, vacillating bass groove and shuffled percussion alongside filtered 303 top lines that unfold throughout the song, bringing a high-octane and well refined close to the release.
Vibe Killers ‘Girls’ EP drops on Rawthentic on 20th July 2018.
