SYV - Grade

Having released a slew of tracks towards the end of last year on the highly lauded Black Butter Records, Syv returns with new self-released track ‘Grade’. Initiating with a calm melodic build, complimented by the ruminating sample ‘Let the violence get outrageous”, suddenly erupts into whole other entity.

Since the release of ‘Knockin’ towards the back end of 2015, Syv has gone from strength-to-strength, garnering notable support from the likes of Annie Mac, BBC, Beats, Hunger, Dummy and Complex. From the cold, sharply produced remix of J-Hus’s undeniably infectious ‘Lean & Bop,’ to the elating rework of Rudimental’s ‘I Will For Love’, Syv’s credentials continue to bloom with each challenge he embarks upon. A spot on AMP’s Brixton show last year, plus two upcoming shows supporting the highly in demand Hannah Wants, the West-London up-and-comer shows no signs of letting up any time soon.
