Miami-based Henrix finished 2014 with the chart-topping Light (Flamingo) and kicked off 2015 with The Reaper (Harem Records). The hot streak continues as Henrix closes out January with 3 different releases on 3 different labels! It all started on the 22nd of December when he released “Light” on Fedde Le Grand’s Flamingo Recordings. The single rocked worldwide sale charts and got approved by DJ’s worldwide, incl. outstanding support from Laidback Luke who, in addition to “Light”, played 4 Henrix tracks back-to-back-to-back-to-back during his set at Space Miami.
Right after finishing his trip to The Netherlands on the pink Flamingo with “Light” he started another journey back to the West Coast’s Los Angeles on Sultan & Ned Shephard’s Harem Records. This time Henrix teamed up with its alum, Darmon, and the track “Reaper” was born. Sultan + Ned Shepard knew what they were doing when they were tapping into Henrix & Darmon’s exceptional skills for delivering quality products. Freshly released (Jan 5th), the “Reaper” will be, without a doubt, one of the strongest 2015 weapons on a long list of Harem’s artillery.
The next destination of Henrix’s worldwide trip is already set. On the 20th of January he will release on the British major Cr2 Records imprint jumping straight into “The Underground” with Chicago’s Celeda. This body-shakingly production will bring in some beautifully constructed parts and an immense drop. Solid and forceful beats make the track an unstoppable force. The single will be, without any doubts, the icing on Henrix’s cake. With his release schedule continuing into February and March along with his newly signed Vegas Residency (The Light) there is no doubt that Henrix is one of 2015’s artists to watch!
