Festival season is officially upon us, and Plastik Funk's new release, "Here We Go" is the perfect track to get you looking forward to the warmer weather and fun times ahead. The duo was revealed to be the real producers behind the popular ID "Tight" earlier this year, and "Here We Go" keeps the momentum going strong. With groovy melodies and velvety vocals by Sapele, the track evokes a spirit of adventure – it's the type of song you want to blast on your road trip to your first festival of the year, windows down and volume up. While it may not be as club-friendly as Plastik Funk's previous releases, "Here We Go" will be an automatic hit at this summer's pool parties and daytime sets. It's the perfect track to set a feel-good vibe that will carry on throughout the night.
This year's party season will kick off this month with the annual Miami Music Week extravaganza of pool parties, showcases, and after hours clubs going deep into the night. Plastik Funk is already planning an extensive Miami Music Week tour, where you can catch them in the city everywhere from the Reload Pool Party to their own Plastik Funk & Friends showcase at VIVA. The German duo has gained significant traction in the last year as their first hits "Who" together with Tujamo and "Tight" received support from huge names like Sander van Doorn, Martin Garrix, Don Diabolo, Nicky Romero and many more. The vocal support by Sapele, a Swedish artist, remixer, and DJ, gives "Here We Go" a deep, soulful vibe that adds substance to the progressive melody. Sapele even recorded an acoustic version of the track that really lets his vocals shine. Make sure to catch Plastik Funk at one of their Miami Music Week parties this month for more feel-good grooves like this one!
