Following on from their hugely successful debut original collaboration ‘Used To This’, PLS&TY and Autolaser return with their latest co-production, the RnB-tinged, chill-trap single ‘Hiding From The Rain’, out now on Trap Nation and premiered exclusively last week on This Song Is Sick.
Blissed out and dripping with soul, the cut carries on the pair’s obsession with RnB and hip-hop music while giving it a modern twist that fits perfectly with today’s audience. Expertly blending the old school vibe with trend-making future bass elements and dreamy, glitch synth work, MARØ’s smooth falsetto creating the perfect compliment to the deeper elements of the single. A stunning and sensual track, ‘Hiding From The Rain’ oozes out of the speakers and slips across the dance floor with ease.
Both artists are rapidly becoming two of the most exciting new acts to emerge from the tail end of 2015, their successful producing partnership giving rise to multiple Hype Machine Chart #1s. Now as ‘Hiding From The Rain’ builds on previous single ‘Used To This’, the pair look set to cement their dominance of future bass and chill trap even further.
PLS&TY & Autolaser ft. MARØ ‘Hiding From The Rain’ is out now on Trap Nation via Beatport, iTunes and all other download stores.
