This transparent, pop-up space with vegetation is located at the Plaza of Poble Espanyol with 8 dates to come.
The new Hivernacle Pop Up Club Barcelona announces 8 dates, 4 of which have already been revealed –two day editions on November 27h and December 18th and two night editions on November 18th and December 7th. The other 4 dates scheduled for 2017 will soon be announced. A transparent structure with vegetation, this new pop-up concept will be located at the Plaza Mayor in Poble Espanyol; visuals and surround sound will play a key role.
The lineup includes, among others, Maceo Plex, Gesa elstein b2b The Hacker, Apollonia, Dj Tennis, Damian Lazarus, Barnt, Redshape live and Ryan Elliott.
Hivernacle Pop Up Club Barcelona will open its doors on Friday November 18th with a night session (22:00-04:00) headlined by a very special, 3-hour- long b2b between Gesa elstein and The Hacker. Gesa elstein has worked with and for artists such as ASAP Rocky and Phoenix and has produced music for Kanye West. The Hacker, on the other hand, is a real idol in his native France. Fairmont, one of the big names this year thanks to his new EP released on My Favorite Robot, will perform before the b2b. Madrid DJ Javi Redondo, a veteran of the Correspondant label, will open the night.
On November 26th the party will take place during the day. Curated by Italian Dj Tennis, the lineup features Damian Lazarus, who will ll the pop-up space with his usual mysticism; Marvin & Guy, the duo formed by Alessandro Parlatore and Marcello Giordani whose Egoista Ep and edit collection are praised by both critics and the public; and Dauwd, with works released on Kompakt and Ghostly International. DJ Tennis, the night’s curator and head of the Life & Death label, will close the night.
Mosaic by Maceo will travel to Barcelona for the third date. The party organized by the consecrated DJ and producer consolidated itself this summer at Pacha (Ibiza) thanks to his Tuesdays residence; now the party is also travelling to other locations. Maceo Plex will bring neons and sets of lights to accompany a lineup featuring Redshape live, Barnt, Boddika, Matrixxman, Raxon and Stephan Barnem. As in Pacha, there will be two rooms, the Main Room and the Prism Room, an exception at Hivernacle Pop Up Club Barcelona.
Hivernacle Pop Up Club Barcelona will close its doors on December 18th until next year with a party curated by the Apollonia trio. Shonky, Dan Ghenacia and Dyed Soundorom, some of the most popular exports from the Paris’ underground house scene, will bring Ryan Elliott’s classic techno, the Premiesky Trio and local DJ Rick Maia.
