French based artist Maxence Janvrin, better known as Eole, released his enchanting two-track EP, From Yesterday Until Tomorrow, on the 27th October 2023 via Enchanté Records. Inspired by artists such as Fred Again, Sammy Virji and Kaytranada, Eole is looking to breathe life into the French house music scene with his captivating production style. Keeping up the momentum, the focus track, ‘Until Tomorrow’, premiered on popular Soundcloud account Deep House Sweden.
Despite this being his debut release, the French artist has already worked with various prestigious brands, composing film music and scores for Kourtrajmé, Gucci, Arte, Charles de Vilmorin, Zalando, Rochas, Palais de Tokyo and many others. In addition, he’s now the JBL Europe french music ambassador. He’s also been DJing actively in Paris for the last 5 years, with this EP set to further solidify his name in the French music scene.
From Yesterday Until Tomorrow seeks to transcend musical boundaries, as Eole succeeds in fusing his incisive UK House with influences from his native home of France. Featuring spellbinding melodies intricately woven atop pulsating rhythms, there’s also an incredible hypnotic presence offered by the seamless integration of ethereal female vocals. The production is tight and constantly bouncy, offering deeply radiant and summer-filled motifs throughout. Abound with plush pads, glitchy vocal chops and deep grooving bass lines, From Yesterday Until Tomorrow makes for a highly captivating listening experience perfect for both home and club.
