Bringing to an end the mammoth 18 week debut of HYTE Ibiza at Amnesia,
HYTE prepares to go out with a bang after it announces the lineup for the Closing Party next Wednesday, 30th September.
The huge debut season, which saw multiple appearances from residents including Loco Dice, Chris Liebing, Maceo Plex, Pan-Pot, DJ Harvey, DeWalta and more, will end with a selection of residents and guests alike for this grand finale.
“No matter how many parties you organise in however many countries around the world, you can never be totally prepared for a first season in Ibiza. You start from zero. Much of your experience, of what you think you know, goes out the window. But if you pull it off you can be proud. Any promoter will tell you the same thing – nowhere in the world is there so much emotion, energy and intensity.”
The season has been swelling with highlights; Loco Dice and Maceo Plex stepping up for a surprise back-to-back as the sun soaked the terrace, techno giant Chris Liebing making his terrace debut after 15 years of dominating the main room, showing an lighter side of the techno veterans legacy of raw, uncompromising techno. Pan-Pot adeptly navigating the terrace and main room alike throughout the season, proving that they are one of the most versatile duos around with the ability to deliver every time. The raw emotions of Mano Le Tough, DJ Tennis, DeWalta and Henrik Schwarz, taking the crowd on deep journeys and creating the most intimate moments out of the cavernous terrace. The list goes on, and with a season lineup like this one it’s little wonder.
