HYTE NYE Berlin – The full recap!

It’s done! HYTE NYE Berlin 2017 was one for the books. A massive venue, a brilliant line up, three packed rooms, fantastic performances of all artists, an incredible vibe for 24 hours. That was our start into 2018!

The dust has just about settled and it’s time for a quick recap and thank you to everyone who made this crazy 24 hour rave one of the best in HYTE’s history.

The infamous New Year's celebrations have blown away all previous records and benchmarks. The production was astonishingly high quality and really made the event at Berlin’s Funkhaus an immersive, escapist experience. The sound system was put through its paces by plenty of the world’s best DJs and it delivered every hi hat and kick drum with real rib-rattling volume and clarity.

All three rooms looked amazing as well as sounding it. The vibes from start to finish made the hairs on the back of everyone’s necks stand straight up. The party was sold out, the venue was filled with people who were happy to get down for many hours on end, all with a huge smile on their face.

Of course, the DJs were the real deal. Amongst the many standout sets, the likes of Loco Dice, Nina Kraviz, Chris Liebing, Tale of Us, Pan-Pot, Adam Beyer, Bjarki, wAFF, Ferro, GHEIST and Dewalta really stole the show with on point selections, mixing that was tight and full of energy and music that really took us on a roller coaster of emotions.

After some well needed rest, HYTE is on its duty to exceed expectations again in 2018.
