Festival and Shoreditch disco selector, Gerrardo from Disco Disco joins The Diaz Brothers of Ditchcoteque fame for one of Shoreditch’s new Friday night essentials, the monthly “I LOVE YOU BUT I’VE CHOSEN DISCO” sessions at the intimate Horse & Groom.

 

Already starting to create a buzz on London’s nu disco scene, resident DJ The Diaz Brothers’ Juan Leal delivers a delicious mix of twisted disco, a big helping of vocal house and a pinch of electronic wonkiness for the perfect musical cocktail for your evening’s entertainment.

 

Flanked by Gerrardo, who’s one of the sought-after selectors in the nu-disco and house scene known of his current residencies such as Toast and Disco Disco. This summer Gerrardo has played in Fabric’s new Room 2 booth alongside Mr G before going on to close the Main Room back to back with Oliver Moon. He’s headlined alongside Honey Dijon and Artwork at the Dream Valley Festival as well as vibing up Ibiza’s legendary and his favourite club, Pikes Hotel, before going on to play the Closing set in the Wild Corner at H, which was just voted #1 Club in the world.

Other notable sets include a 6 hour set closing the garden at Space at Studio 338, before gracing the Boogietown and Zenfest Festivals alongside Sister Sledge, Soul II Soul, Gloria Gaynor and Horsemeat Disco .

 

Channeling a unifying blend of music that encompasses all kinds of moods and energy changes, Gerrardo continues to please music lovers around the globe.
