Hot off the back of DMC Magazine’s ‘The Best Ibiza Album of 2014’ award,  Phonetic Recordings proudly present the new Phonetic ‘Ibiza Night & Day’ release for 2015. A selection of the finest tunes making waves on the white island. Mixed seamlessly by Ibiza legend & label CEO Rob Roar, with Leigh Devlin of Minus Blue fame on the Day Mix.

Rob Roar has a pretty impressive track record when it comes to big Ibiza records. As a producer, he holds the record for the most Ibiza No.1’s/track of the summer under his Max Linen guise. He has performed his ‘Flashback’ and ‘The Soulshaker’ singles LIVE at the famous closing parties of We Love… at the world’s number one club Space and the mighty Manumission at Privilege and also MTV.

As a DJ, Rob learnt his trade growing up on the white island and has been lucky enough to play pretty much every Ibiza super-club. Headlining the legendary Sunset Terraza Arena for We Love…@ Space, Manumission (Privilege and Amnesia), Clockwork Orange @ Es Paradis, Pacha, Mambo, Bora Bora, Judgement Sunday… the list goes on.

The Night & Day tracklist reads like a who’s who of House Music including tracks from Jamie Jones, Cristoph, Robert Dietz, POPOF, Chaim, Kevin Saunderson, Martijn ten Velden, Rodriguez Jr, The Slacksons, DASCO, Elevator Suite, Childs & Moore and Rob Roar himself.

Leigh Devlin came to Phonetic’s attention when we heard one of the best chillout mixes we’ve ever experienced. Leigh has since been responsible for mixing all our day albums and in turn, has helped establish the Phonetic Ibiza Night & Day series as one of the best albums around. Setting things up nicely for those chilled, around the pool moments!
