This season IDOL is taking over Sankeys every Tuesday with a very strong musical line up and immersive performances to guarantee a show that is out of this world.
The word IDOL, designates a person, a character, who is a model for certain individuals, a society or even a "generation". Cinema idols like James Dean or Marilyn Monroe, or music idols like Bob Marley or Jimi Hendrix. And now for the millennial and the X generation we have DJ idols.
IDOL delivers parties where the public is taken on a futuristic journey into another dimension through deep trippy house and techno. The audience will be able to take part of a massive visual production as well as extraordinary performances by dancers and artists. A giant statue will be the visual theme of the event, something impressive and ancestral.
In regards to the music, the public can expect a true artistic line up with IDOL ́s host TIMO MAAS curating weekly line ups of some of the most exciting and highly respected international guests. With decades of experience and collaborations with some of the biggest artists in the industry, TIMO MAAS is very well known and respected on the Island and is recognised for always making the crowd go crazy.
