LA-based producer/DJ Le Youth continues the curation of his Homewerk label with the release of the ‘If You’re Leaving’ remixes. Contrasting electronic visions of the original track from remix maestros Bit Funk, Futurewife, No Way Back and Love N Lerrone are all available to download and stream now via all digital retailers.
Brooklyn’s own Bit Funk is the first one to step up, the former drummer uses 909 cowbells, big electro synth stabs and panning disco lasers taking the track straight back to the 80’s.
Also, reigning from LA and providing his signature blend of bass and groove, is Futurewife. Hinging off Sydnie’s warm vocals, the track soothes with delayed piano stabs, a transfixing drop and a 4/4 dance floor energy.
Keeping strict to the same rhythm, experienced LA-based producer No Way Back, aka Anthony Pisano, lays down a riveting and energetic excursion, with surging atmosphere that keeps the groove rolling.
New York City's Love N Lerrone takes the track on its final journey; this time we hear a textured production, with the use of deep pad work and a smooth bass line.
This is the third release off Le Youth new label Homewerk and is just a taster for what is to come. For more exciting news, make sure you follow his socials below.
