Indian producer Lukan readies an intricate vocal house single titled ‘Illusion’.
Based in Lucknow, Lukan is a burgeoning talent who’s been making waves in the Indian scene having played events alongside Eats Everything, Skream, Shadow Child and Ben Pearce when not making appearances between London and Mumbai, his home base. When performing his sets Lukan not only mixes tracks but also produces and remixes on the fly, whereas his work in the studio has seen him make multiple appearances on Romanian imprint Eleonor Records.
‘Illusion’ is a percussive production comprised of soaring synths, infectious melodies and rumbling bass tones. Throughout the cut an emotive vocal proclaims “take me away from this illusion”, inspired by Lukan’s travels to the holy city of Varanasi.
Lukan ‘Illusion’ will be made available in December 2016.
