The Horn are a quintet of seasoned musicians; Nick True formerly of Friends of Gavin, Jonny Taylor, Danny Moore, Ed Cox and Alex Moorse. They have combined their love for The Police, Bon Jovi and The Stranglers to make their own modern indie-rock sound with a punch.
Their spine tingling debut ‘Passion’ feels like the perfect introduction. Mixed by Rich Turvey (The Blossoms, The Coral) unleashes the five pieces’ character in an understatedly cool and suave way. Riffs that stick, a voice that possesses an immediate charisma in Taylor’s vocal and a melancholic indie full band sound, The Horn are a brand new outfit full of different evocative ideas that will only catapult further into stardom very soon.
