Italcimenti ‘Sturm Und Drug’ (Hot Elephant)

Can fun and irony get along with techno music?  Many doubt it but what Italcimenti is proposing is indeed ironic and funny techno!

The name itself – Italcimenti – mimicking a well-known Italian brand of cement, tells us a lot about the joking attitude of the Italian duo, made up of Ludus Pinsky and Alexander Robotnick.

4 tracks of extremely danceable and unusual electronics, harsh and rocky sound for very special electro-techno produced by homemade synths that are hard to control.

This is the project preceding The Analog Session, whose new album is due for release in February 2015.
