Spending half of his time between Australia & Holland, Sydney-born Dave Winnel collectively channels bass heavy drops and echoed vocal hooks alongside Jack Wins. Having previously released on Armada, Size, Ministry of Sound & more – Dave Winnel & Jack Wins combine forces and craft a progressive take on the original, honing in on the tracks percussive and electronic capabilities.
Expect to hear this in club-sets worldwide, as Jack Wins performs with Axtone at Creamfields in August – with more club & festival shows to be announced soon.
‘Forever Young’ is Jack Wins second release on Axtone Records and features Brit School alumni Amy Grace, who has worked with the likes of Cazzette and Yellow Claw. Following the global success of ‘Freewheelin’ (20M+ Spotify streams worldwide), ‘Forever Young’ was written by Ina Wroldsen who has provided vocals for the likes of Calvin Harris, Rag’N’Bone Man, Clean Bandit, David Guetta and more – alongside Julia Karlsson & Anton Rundberg (Galantis ‘Runaway’).
Since it’s release, ‘Forever Young’ has had over 15 plays on BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems, as well as being supported by the likes of Nicky Romero, Hardwell, David Guetta & added to Spotify New Music Friday in the UK, NL and Dance playlist Mint.
Jack Wins has also released on the likes of Spinnin, AFTR:HRS and has turned his hand to official remixes for Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Jess Glynne, Kygo, Jonas Blue and more.
