Jacob Colon’s ‘Work’ is out now on Made 2 Move Records

New Yorker, Jacob Colon fell in love with House music after stepping into Pacha NYC for the very first time. Now he has transitioned from playing in a Church band to becoming one of the most promising rising talents in the House scene. His brand new single ‘Work’ is a deep, atmospherical energy builder that is made for the clubs.

Tribal percussion consumes the intro and instantly takes charge, getting your toe-tapping from the very first beat. With a slight eeriness dancing across the background of the track, you are met with surges of big bass sounds as the instrumentation and hype build consecutively. The use of samples and techniques is admirable and has the potential of becoming a dancefloor favourite.

Jacob has previously signed top tracks to some of House music hottest labels including Nervous Records, Made in Miami and Selektor Music not to mention a number 1 track on the Billboard chart with his iconic remix with Crystal Waters. Jacob’s passion and resilience shine through in both his productions and in his DJ sets where he spent many hours learning the craft himself. With more releases on this horizon, this isn’t the last you’ll hear from Jacob this year.
