James Landino Drops Official Remix of Anime Theme Song “COLORS”

LA producer/composer James Landino has joined the ranks of Sakura Chill Beats thanks to his official remix of FLOW‘s “COLORS.” The original single is the opening theme song for the widely popular anime Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion.

James’ electro house cut lives up to the original’s esteem as one of Japan’s top hits from 2019. With his interpretation, James infuses the song with an energetic club sensibility. This party poppin’ envisioning is just how you do a remix properly to give the original a wider audience.

FLOW is one of my all-time favorite Japanese bands. I grew up watching anime, and Colors is one of their songs that I regularly perform during my live DJ shows. Being able to officially remix this song is a huge honor and I’m excited for everyone to hear it!” – James Landino
