Singer-songwriter Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon has offered up his first release of 2021,“Mama, I Don’t Wanna Go To Nashville” – a charming country-inspired ballad that calls to the comforts of home and the support of family and friends.

A simple, yet beautiful guitar riff echoes throughout the track’s duration and sets the backdrop for Jeremiah’s emotive, endearing lyrics, as he contemplates whether a fast-paced life of stardom is really for him. Jeremiah has created a delicate, dreamy soundscape with nothing more than an acoustic guitar and his ethereal voice, a timely reminder of his innate talent for songwriting.

Speaking to the meaning behind the track, he explains, ‘“Mama, I Don’t Wanna Go To Nashville” is my personal renunciation of the “fame machine” and a yearning to return to natural, everyday life simplicity.’
