John Dee Arrives on Future House Cloud with ‘Pump It Up’
With a charismatic stage presence and an eclectic catalogue which has seen him dominate several dance music sectors, producer and DJ John Dee is about to drop his brand new single through Future House Cloud after a climatic debut within the electronic scene. Having already appeared within the discographies of Viper Recordings, NCS and on taste making platforms such as UKF, he makes a return to Future Music Cloud, marked through the electrifying forthcoming single ‘Pump It Up’. A record which has had pride of place within his recent DJ sets, across an international tour which has seen him extend his sounds from his home base in Germany to across the globe. It further solidifies his place within bass music, something he’s endeavoured to do since he first entered its trenches.
Through collaborations with several big names, such as ESKEI83, BLVCK CROWZ and Elle Vee, the music which stands in the backdrop of ‘Pump It Up’ sets an enviable standard. One which it matches, alongside its sliced and diced, infamous vocal sample and siren-like sonics. A thumping, heavy bassline characterises the track as it drags you into its first breakdown – pulled forward by manipulated subs and metallic snares cranking amongst the track’s grooves.
It’s a track you’re likely to have bared witness to at festivals such as SonneMondSterne, Sputnik Spring Break and Boothaus, where John Dee recently all made appearances. With a host of dates scheduled for his forthcoming tour too, John Dee is sure to bring the heat once more with the help of tracks like ‘Pump It Up’.
