Jon Rundell – Freak Out

On February 2, Jon Rundell releases the blistering ‘Freak Out,’ his debut for acclaimed Düsseldorf label, Desolat, out as part of their upcoming Project X Series – X-Sampler 2015.

Jon Rundell: “I’ve been giving my music to Dice for almost 7 years now, so when I gave him ‘Freak Out’ and heard him play it at Space I knew he liked it. I’m honoured they wanted to sign it as part of this project.”

Desolat have been releasing the year-end compilations since 2009, collating material from label staples and newer artists. This year’s edition is no different, alongside Jon, there’s also tracks from Alexandar Ivkovic, Alli Borem, Cuartero, Yaya and Santé who all return to the label,  along with the likes of Santos, Lewis Boardman and Chuckie.

The X-Sampler will be released as a double-pack vinyl, which includes a download code that gives the buyer all eight tracks in digital format, plus a further six tracks.
