JP Chronic – Chronicology Unreleased Vol.1

For this first edition of Chronicology Unreleased Vol.1 of label boss JP Chronic’s unreleased tracks from the last past 5 years, yes we’ve been digging deep into the studio files and projects, filtering almost 60 tracks to come up with 8 special ones that really reflect the artist cultural house frontiers & boundaries

Known for this strong US house background going from Deep, Afro, Jazzy, Funk, Latin, Downtempo with a couple tracks where you can find the label boss himself on the vocal like “Sunset hunters” or “As we go deep” a little journey from track 1 to the end with a party mood all the way.

Starting up the album selection with a deep house synth, piano & pad groove for a perfect sundowner joint on an island, why not a “Green Island” Followed by a more Jazzy cut spondge with some work dat p@ssy samples on an absolute driven bassline that will drive you to the dance for the Ladies GaGa!!! top up with techy rolling percussion jacked with rocking snares & high hats into the groove, long story short is what woman wants sometime is too much for themselves and they go “I know you ain’t gonna put all that in me” which gets us to the 3rd track still rolling the percussions but this time taking us to Cuba, Havanna’s Streets looking for the dance they call “Salounga!?” on a salsa piano trip, very Luciano, Michel Cleis tech house style. 4th is taking us to the football stadium feels, One more time is a tropical, afro, latin rockerfella beat with a driven synth bass loop, summer anthem for the exotic islanders. keeping it to the afro beats with a Jazzy sidekick this time on number 5, Ooh!!! Afro Jazzy Maria brings it to the dance, perfect sundowners joints & sunshine anthem with a very known floating vocals in the back. Beauty & The Beast is inspired by the idea of making a track & video (coming soon) against war & poverty around the world, with a famous War vocal cut and mostly driven by an amazing dramatical & melodic piano loop that will make you feel the message, top up with some jacking snares, hypnotising synths & sound like war effects. Underground and deep, made at ex House republic now Wet Celler records boss Salvo Castelli Studio with JP on the vocal, this Club mix re edited by JP for this album, looking forward for the Original coming up with remixes soon. and closing this selection is a fun track to show how much fun we have in the studio, Ibiza’s stoney studio days at its best, with some serious bassline & a list of words we hear too much on the island of ibiza like Tapas, Hierbas, Season pass, Afters or Villa parties, the sunset hunters anthem tracke.
