JSPR releases 3 track ‘Canticle’ on Static

JSPR is a DJ and producer from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, influenced by the likes of Sven Vath, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin and Michel de Hey. After being a DJ throughout Holland for an extensive period, Jasper took the next step and started producing. His debut record was released on Traum Schallplatten and after this, JSPR’s production took off like a rocket.

JSPR now brings his production to Static, with a 3 track offering consisting of ‘Canticle’, ‘The Blacksmith’ and ‘Roll the Dice’. Journeying through the different facets of techno, the 3 track release provides the listener with a varied yet coherent selection of JSPR’s productions. Idling between the darker more industrial sounding titular track, to the disorienting synth soundscapes of ‘Roll the Dice’, and the high pitched adrenaline fuelled ‘The Blacksmith’; this release is a solid collection of techno tunes.

JSPR ‘Canticle’ is out now from all digital platforms; including Beatport, Traxsource, iTunes and Spotify.
