JULIUS – OHH BABY

Brooklyn based artist, Julius, already a lauded symphonic composer, is turning pop music on its head by boldly fusing traditional classical influences with progressive rhythms and sonics.  His haunting melodies, honest vocals, and brutally vulnerable lyrics create an impressive, emotionally charged sound.  Julius’ debut singles effortlessly combine pop and hip-hop sensibilities with his mastery of classical techniques, creating dark arrangements that leap from the speakers with raw emotion and pained honesty. On second single, “Ohh Baby” Julius collaborated with Benny Cassette (writer/producer signed to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music). Recent collaborations of Cassette include Sky Ferreira and Stacy Barthe and John Legend. Other than the aforementioned “Ohh Baby,” Cassette produced multiple songs for Julius including “Girlfriend,” “Sandstorm,” and a few more.
